At the age of 12, I boldly eliminated the word ‘impossible’ from my vocabulary and with the confidence that the life I want exists, I have made intentional choices to walk in my purpose.
Currently leading AWS Startups in Africa, I drive organisational, sales, and execution strategies to foster the growth and expansion of startups on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Prior to joining Amazon, I held leadership roles at renowned companies such as Google, Visa, Nokia, SAP, Cisco, and Microsoft, where I successfully managed high-performing sales and technical teams to solve complex business challenges.
As a forward-thinking individual, I firmly believe that the possibilities in this world are limitless, with the only true limitation existing within the mind. Recognised as an African business leader, I actively contribute to policy committees and workshops, including speaking at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on “Partnering for Economic Recovery in Nigeria” in 2020.
With a degree in Computer Engineering from Enugu State University, an MBA from ESUT Business School, and a Leadership certificate from Harvard University, I am dedicated to continuous growth and professional development. By leveraging my expertise in business, leadership, diversity, technology, sales, and personal effectiveness, I offer valuable solutions to help African entrepreneurs and individuals navigate their businesses, careers, and personal lives. Through the development of projects, programs, tools, and resources, I empower others to unlock their full potential.
Beyond my corporate achievements, I am an active advocate for human welfare, serving on the boards of several startups. As the Executive Director of The Jeremiah Foundation, a non-profit organisation, my team and I have granted over 450 scholarships to at-risk teenagers in the past three years. I am also passionate about sharing my experiences and knowledge through speaking engagements and authoring life-changing books. Additionally, I mentor female-led businesses as a Venture Partner at Beta Ventures and spearhead personal initiatives like Cafe Napa, Growth Lab, and Built for Balance.
